Running QuickSupportIT

Our support technician will ask you to double click the QuickSupportIT.exe icon on your desktop and select "Run". QuickSupportIT will run and give you an ID and password which you must provide to the technician. Both you and the technician will be able to see your desktop and run your computer. You have an option to end the session at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button.

Security

QuickSupportIT includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256-bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL.

The key exchange also guarantees a full client-to-client data protection.

Every time QuickSupportIT starts, it generates a new session password to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to a remote system. High security functions such as file transfers require additional, manual confirmation from the remote partner.

It is impossible to control the computer in a stealth or invisible mode. The person sitting in front of the computer is able to detect and monitor when someone is accessing the machine.
